A creative (and potentially messy!) approach to revising characters. The resource is an instruction sheet for teachers, and you'll need some equipment from the craft cupboard - it's up to you whether you stop at sticky tape and newspaper/magazines or dig out the dress-up kit as well!
The task involves students working in groups to decorate a chair with words, images and symbols to represent a particular character from any text they are studying.
